    Hi Purple

Are you planning to do any hysteroscopy before this new cycle? Because some studies say that endometrial biopsy helps with implantation. May be you can ask your RE. I am also taking some extra folic acid and that could be a good idea too.

Babie- I have my next appointment on tuesday next week and the doctor will do Saline Infusion Sonogram on me. I will mention hysteroscopy to him again. My new doctor is quiet good from what i have read and he has a very high success rate. I am hoping we will be one of his success stories soon. I will give feedback of the tests outcome next week.

    Update: My story has changed

I just want to give feedback on my consultation from this tuesday. My story has changed a little bit. Last tuesday, i had an appointment with my new doctor after 2 failed ivfs. When i arrived, they took me to an ultrasound lap. Did Saline Infusion Sonogram on me. Everything looked good on the inside of the uterus, ultrasound picked up a small myoma at the back of my uterus which they said is not dangerous for conception.

However, the amazing thing during this check up was that, they checked my tubes again and found out that one of them is clearly open and in perfect shape. When i did a lap before starting ivf, the doctors found one of my tubes competely blocked and the other the dye was slow to go through. Reason why i was refered straight to do IVF. So, after my check up this past tuesday my doctor has refered me to do IUI instead of ivf atleast for the next 3-6 months. He said given that i had textbook cycles with ivf and no one knows why we did not achieve implantation, her wants us to try IUI for a lit of time first. I live in Switzerland and insurance covers iui 100% but does not covers ivf. So we will do iui with injectations using the one tube that is open. For atleast this period of time we will have the chance to gather some cash to do a third ivf cycle sometime later. So, my question is.. i dont know if there is anyone who has had 2 failed ivfs and later did iui and achieve success? How long does an iui cycle with injectables last?. With ivf its usually 6-8 weeks. Is it the same with iui? I will be moving to the iui board for the next few months. Hoping that very very soon we will all be carrying our beautiful babies no matter the treatment route we take.

    Hi Purple

    Hi Purple

How are you doing? Did you manage to start the cycle IVF 3? I did my IVF 3 and had one normal embryo. My RE wanted me to do one more banking cycle and I have started IVF 4 now hoping to get more normals.

My hysteroscopy went well and they couldnt find anything wrong with my uterus? Which phase of the cycle are you in? Reply me when you get a chance.
