    In Greece participating in a free (almost) ivf trial and want to share my experience

    I have had two fresh and one fet ivfs with one pregnancy which ended in a miscarriage in week 9. I was out of funds and my insurance only provided iui's and I had already done tons of those and new that was not my answer. So I looked on the Internet for clinical trials and found a trial that must have been written for me. That day, I sent my medical record to Dr. Harry Siristatidis and was accepted into the trial.


    I have been stimming for 10 days and will have the egg retrieval on Friday and transfer on Monday or Tuesday. I just thought I would post on here in case anyone else was at the end of their funding but bit ready to give up trying. The treatment has been identical to what I had at one of the top clinics in NYC, RMA for those of you in the NYC area.

    IVF #1: Nov 2009; BFP with twins; miscarriage @ 17 weeks
    IVF #2: Jul 2010; BFP
    IVF #3: Aug 2012; BFN
    IVF #4: Oct 2012; BFN
    IVF #5: Dec 2012; BFN...this is getting ridiculous
    FET #1: Mar 2013; BFN
    IVF #6: May 2013
