Oh Sweetie. I'm so, so sorry. As long as that one can be transferred, you do still have a chance, even if it's slim. I'm praying for you and for your embie and for your consult on Wed. You know where to find me if you need me and keep me updated on your status. Oh and I definitely want to know what they say on Wed. More

    Hi TenseinTexas,

I know this is an old thread, but I thought I'd try and ask a couple questions about low E2. I'm on Day 8 of stims and my E2 as of yesterday was only 266. It's getting higher every couple days but it's not doubling. Did you get pregnant when they got 6 eggs? Do you know what your E2 was when you triggered? Any info would be helpful. Thanks.

Hey Holly! I am sorry you are worried about e2 levels-- so aggravating- my ivf 4 was my only flat out negative. However- I am almost 100% that the embryologist messed up this round// only ONE fertilized- and that one- we did PGD on had XXY- we put it back anyway- but it did not take ... I don't think the bad cycle had anything with e2

My e2 were always low. Always. It MIGHT of broken 1000 on y last round. My first and last round were my successful rounds. I First round e2 was 591 and I got 7 eggs- 6 mature-- when I triggered-- success.
So what does your dr say,???

RE wants to wait til tomorrow's u/s and b/w. I'm excited and nervous. I may have an ER in a couple days or not. It just seems like so much is up in the air. Please tell me about your twins. Were they born safe? Healthy? How was your pregnancy? Do you remember your E2 when you stimmed and for the trigger? Was it low again.

I am pregnant with the twins right now- 24 weeks. They are a result of IVF 5.....I switched doctors and embriologists...we got 13 eggs i think-12 mature-9 fertilized----we then did PGD ( i have a robertsonian Balanced Translocation) and two of the 9 were healthy. Those two are the ones cooking right now I ASSUME they are ehalthy because the very extensive PGD report says they are...I do remember this e2 being higher than all the others....over 1000 on day of trigger but dr said it was still low.
but look at my first round.....591 on day of trigger and that is the cycle that produced my daughter. I am not sure if it says something about the quality of out eggs- but i am certain you can def get pregnant and have babies with low e2. i have done it twice. YOU CAN .
PLease let me know what dr says today! i am also going to PM you my email address so you can email me straight...
