Beth - Target's bathroom! You just made me laugh out loud I needed that. Felt unmotivated to do much today - just kinda blah despite the amazing weather. Decided to listen to my body. Snapped at a good friend today for the first time in the almost 6 years I have known her. She was texting from a prenatal appointment complaining about how hot the waiting room was and how tough it has been working and having a 17 month and being 8 months pregnant. I said something to the effect that while I feel zi have been doing s good job of empathizing with her the past 8 months she has been preggo, that I would gladly trade spots!!! Then I felt bad, only sorta, and she wound up calling and apologizing later. We TTC people are strong, but can only handle so much (esp in tww).Maybe the temp dropping tomorrow will shock me back to reality

I'm thinking of everyone and I updated, but I'm really tired and going to go to bed.

Missdixie - I can't imagine how devastated you are feeling. I am so very sorry.

ECR - I understand the whole snapping at your friend aspect. My BFF told me that she was expecting her 2nd right around the time that I started stimming, maybe it was during Lupron; anyhow, she sadly miscarried 2 weeks later, and just went on and on about 'how could this happen to her' and 'just not being able to understand' and how 'it's not fair because she'd been trying since August, and she really wanted another by the time her 1st was two, and now that's not going to happen', and how it's 'messed up all her plans'.
She is not a stupid girl, but sometimes she tries really hard to be. I shouldn't have to remind her that this is my fourth pregnancy, with no baby. Ahhh, end vent.

Heart - I use Sensodyne every day, so no sensitivity here.

AFM - I am so far beyond exhausted! I am lucky to not have to work right now, and to have a very sympathetic husband. I do not know if it's the pregnancy (as it is sooo early), or maybe the new medication that I'm on, but I've hardly been able to get out of bed the past couple of days. <yawn>

    Hello ladies...
It is 4:55 am and I can't sleep, I have my transfer today and I am nervous and excited. I am doing a 3 day transfer of 2 embryos.
I have a good feeling about this, yesterday I lost one of my earrings, there were the earrings that my mother got me when I got married, so I was so upset and I started crying while looking for it andp I did find it on the floor next to my car, it must have fallen when I walked out while putting my bag over my shoulder. I felt so lucky that I found it, I live in NY and Is a very busy city anyone could of found it and took it, it is a nice diamond earring... Besides that, yesterday afternoon I went for a job interview and I got the job and they will pay me about 10g-15g more that I get paid now, I am very excited... I kept thinking if I am pregnant will they fire me before my 6 months is up? I am nervous I been at my job for 10 years, I started there while in college, I don't even know how to leave, it is like leaving my family...
I go on and on about my whole life in here, sorry , I am just nervous for today and I can't sleep. I rented 5 movies to watch for my bed rest for at least today and tomorrow... On Sunday I have a party to go to, you think it will be ok to go, I am not going to jump off tables? I can not just not go, it is my father in laws birthday party, no one knows about my ivf, I don't want them to think anything, I am not very good at excuses, if I tell them I am sick, my sister in laws will call and come over, my mother In law I will never hear the end of it...

Wright- thanks for sharing your equally intelligent friend's insensitive remarks. Mention I have another friend who struggled with 2 years IF, adopted a one year old and got preggo a month later who swears that no matter how grateful and happy you are the be preggo, you will complain at the end of the pregnancy so I try to keep this in mind. As for your sleepiness, I don't think it is too early for that. Lots of people in regular cycles experience this as a strong sign before they even miss a period.End mention

Rida- I did pretty much total bed rest for the day or transfer and next day, but then was up and around. I think a party will be fine. Just get there early enough to claim a chair - it will make you feel better. And you all know that I believe any excuse for cake is a good thing! My Dr. said bed rest was not necessary at all - just not to bungee jump or horseback ride (and the clinic is top ranked in country with great success rates) but I felt better knowing I did rest.

Miss Dixie - I am terribly sorry. Please know that we are all thinking of you and your husband. Keep the faith and know that your miracle is on the way. You are so brave to share your story. You are certainly in my prayers. Hang in there...I know it will work out for you. Try to relax and keep your stress level down (I know it's tough). As you process your feelings know that they are just that FEELINGS. Be blessed. Hugs to you!!!!

Hi Ladies! I am sort of behind just be trying to focus on other things right now to avoid thinking so much about the wait; however I did run across some interesting information. I hope it will be helpful to someone else as it was helpful for me being a first timer. Well, here goes:

1dpt....Blastocyst hatches out of shell on this day
2dpt.. Blastocyst attaches to a site on the uterine lining
3dpt.. Implantation begins,as the blastocyst begins to bury in the lining
4dpt.. Implantation process continues and morula buries deeper in the lining
5dpt.. Morula is completely inmplanted in the lining and has placenta cells &
    fetal cells
6dpt...Placenta cells begin to secret HCG in the blood
7dpt...More HCG is produced as fetus develops
8dpt...More HCG is produced as fetus develops
9dpt...HCG levels are now high enough to be immediately detected on
    HPT

By the way, GL today Heart!!! and EOE getting Beta today of this week!!!!
