Sorry I am so far behind… just finally got a chance to read the last 30 posts…

Julia, Moonbeam, Angel – I am so sorry you are going through this… my heart goes out to you.

Thank you to all who have been so reassuring. Logically I know my numbers are ok, but emotionally I am so nervous and afraid to believe it’s true.

OnlyHope – good luck tomorrow! That is so exciting ☺

Ohmybaby – Our timing matches exactly. My ER was 12/1, ET 12/6. I had my first beta 12/15 (9dp5dt) – 106 and 2nd beta 12/17 (11dp5dt) - 220. My RE told me that they only wanted to see an increase, didn’t matter if it “doubled”, but that it HAD to be over 200 in order for them to schedule U/S, which will be Friday the 24th. At that point I will be 5 weeks and 2 days (according to pregnancy calendar). And I am the same today, 4 and a half weeks. Which I guess means we are in the 5th week, right? My RE will then schedule another U/S for the week after to look for h/b.

Bulldogmommy – did you do any other tests?

Bronx – Congrats! So exciting!

rachel - I hear you! It is almost like we "test" the impossible...as though any of us need more disappointment! We have obviously seen enough of that to be IVFing!!! Why do we do that to ourselves?!?

bronx - Yes, I need to go to POASA(POAS Anonymous). haha There was nothing on day 4 or 5 but I believe I see a really faint line today. We will see...hopefully tomorrow will be more noticeable.

ohmybaby - GL w/ those #'s!!! Sounds exciting to me!!!

onlyhope - Strong #'s! I can't wait to hear about your us.

AFM - Still dwelling but trying to stay busy. My dh and I finally mailed our Christmas Cards yesterday and went to the grocery store(which hasn't happened in weeks due to everything going on right now). We bought a bunch of stuff to make and have around the house because I feel like every time we turn around, "there isn't anything to eat"...but we have a ton of random stuff. Can any of you relate?!? We made chicken salad, chilli and today he is smoking a boston butt. We are going to freeze most of that so we have it when we want it at a later date. As you can see, as my husband put it, it is like a sweatshop around here. I guess I am making him stay busy with me. haha I POAS yesterday w/ no result but think I see the faintest of faintest lines today but that is an evap line so I am not going to put too much thought or excitement to it. 3 days until my beta!!!!

flon - I've been testing all week. The line seems to be getting darker, and I am SO tired, so hopefully, I'll get good numbers when I have my beta tomorrow! I'm so nervous about it!

I got my beta results! It was 398. I know that seems a little high, but my beta is a little later than some (17dpo). I'm so relieved!!
