Hi everyone, I'm hoping to join a few of you in the 2ww. I transferred 2 blasts on 12/1. So, today I am 6dpo5dt. I've been bloated which has increased since transfer but is really stable, not getting worse. My boobs are tender which started at 3dp not before. Today, I spotted some twice so far the brown spotting that has been mentioned as implantation spotting.....hopefully!
I have been so positive through this process and I still am, just the 2ww is killing me. I wish I had early symptoms or those that I do have would increase. Feeling bad would make me feel good now!
I have not POAS, I don't want to see a BFN and get that in my head. My beta is scheduled on 12/17 this coming Friday so I am almost there and with a busy work week it should be here before I know it...but time seems to stand still in this 2ww.
I need some buddies please.
Congratulations on the recent BFP's! I read last weeks posts before jumping in so I know there are several that have just gotten their first bit of super exciting news!! YEAH!!
I also know there are several right in the thick of waiting where I am. Can I jump in and share in the frustration of this week?

OhMyBaby - Welcome! just a few more days...
So I took another test this morning and BFP!! Still nervous, but I can't help be excited at this point.
Here is what happened so far.
3dp5dt - BFN, tested in the PM using test strips from early-pregnancy-tests.com (sensitivity of 15 according to website)
4dp5dt - BFN, FMU (same test)
5dp5dt - BFN, FMU (same test)
6dp5dt - ?? FMU very slight almost nothing line (same test)
BFP - tested again in the evening switched to First Response, light line, but definitely a line (First Response has sensitivity of 25 I believe)
7dp5dt - BFP!! little darker line using First Response again
Ok off to work.. Have a great day everyone

Flon831, thanks for that info. I am now 7dpt as well but with a 5dt. Were you a 3dt or 5dt? I may test tomorrow.
Special1, I don't know your story and I'm sorry you feel like your cycle isn't going well at this point. You have to stay positive through the process, as hard as it is. I didn't have the follicle checks, or issues with using my own eggs. I used the frozen egg donor program at RBA so the stress of that wasn't part of my cycle, but believe me other parts were. Just hang on and trust this process until you hear directly from the doctors that you need to go another route. Your baby is out there your time is coming, that needs to be your mantra and constant self talk in your head. I think it's the only way to stay sane!

flon - SO, SO excited for you!! Hope you get great numbers on Wednesday!!
Welcome, ohmybaby!
special - Good luck! Thinking about you!
Here's my update: I joined all you POASers this morning, and I'm pretty sure I got a faint positive line (using the Target tests that are supposed to be a generic version of First Response). I am 5dp5dt. I know it's still early. My question is whether it's possible that the hcg shot they gave me after my retrieval 10 days ago is still in my system. I would think it would be out by now. I did a lupron trigger, so that shot was the only hcg I've had.
Have a great day everyone!

Just a quick update. I had my transfer yesterday in the middle of a crazy cold snow storm! My RE's office is an hour away so I was glad to get there and back safely.
We did a 5 day transfer of two grade 1 blast. The doctors both said they we perfect and exactly what they were suppose to be. The transfer also went pefect according to my doctor. I've been going to this practice off and on for the last 9 years and this is the most positive I have ever seen them! This is our first IVF so hopefully it works!
What I'm a little worried about is the I go back for a blood test on Dec. 21 to find out the results. I always have a hard time in general on Dec. 21 as that was the due date for the only pregnancy I ever had that ended in a misscarriage shortly before 12 weeks. That day will either continue to haunt me or will become a bitter sweet day for me. I was fully expecting to have to wait two weeks and to not know until after Christmas.

Good luck today - fingers crossed for some great follies for you

Congrats!!!!! I would think the HCG would be long gone from your system by now......
Your transfer sounds amazing! Now just take care of yourself and let your little babies snuggle in. I am sorry about the December 21st date for you. I really hope it becomes a great day for you this time
AFM, only 4 more days max till I know one way or another. I say "max" because I got AF before my beta for my other 2 IVF cycles....but she better stay away this time!!! I felt super positive all weekend and seem to get little pains or cramps or something in 2 spots in my stomach. But yesterday it switched to AF type cramps, and I had lots of them . That made me worry a bit and now I basically have NO IDEA what is going on! I still have not POAS and don't plan to - holding out for beta on Friday.
How are you others holding up in your 2ww's?Me 40, DH 41
