Anyone else have a large number of eggs fertilize, but have only a few survive?

In my case, i am able so far to produce a large number of mature eggs (28 mature IVF #1, 18 in IVF#2) and have a good number fertilize (22 fertilized in IVF#1, 13 fertilized in #2). But by Day 5, I only had 4 survive in IVF #1, and by Day 5 in IVF #2, only 3 blasts and 1 morula were alive. It seems like many of my fertilized eggs die, and I was wondering if anyone had the same issue? If so, have you been able to fix the issue and have a BFP? ANY info would be much appreciated. I don't get much info from my RE.

Thanks!!
