How long to abstain before a SA?

This will be for Walter Reed. Dh never had any issues with his swimmers til the last couple of times. One time his count was a little low and the next time it was high but motility was a little low. Nothing really low though only by a little amount.

I remember one of the times we waiting 2-3 days and the other was 5. Want the BEST outcome we can get for the SA though so we don't have to pay any extra because of issues with it. He's been taking Fertility blend a while now.

Should be at least 2 days but no more than 7 days.

Thanks. We were good but we couldn't wait lol, so he's doing the SA next week.

I think we will wait around 3 1/2 days. That's between what we've done in the past and maybe it will be just right.
