MTX Shot...No Bleeding yet???

I finally gave in due to my whacky beta numbers...not doubling...doubling...up, down, up, up...had to give in for my own health reasons. My doctor does not believe it is/was a tubal pregnancy...but wanted to be on the safe side. I ws given the methotraxte shot on Thursday at around noon...I stopped spotting by Friday and have had minimal cramping. It's kind of bizarre to me and has me worried because I thought I would start bleeding. Does anyone have any information on this? The highest my numbers had got to was 278, and that was last Thursday. I am so worried...
