would you go forward with 4 eggs

I just got back from RE and I have approx. 4 eggs for retreval. Should I cancel the cycle or go forward? Re said I should go forward. Can someone give me hope here I just feel like it was a complete waste of money and canceling would be more money. I also want a BFP so I don't want it about money. Any advise out there?

I personally know someone who got pregnant with a singleton and had only 3 or 4 eggs to retrieve. There was only one embryo to transfer and it stuck! The last I saw her, she was moving into her 2nd trimester. So it happens! I say go for it!

Yes. My second cycle I thought I had 5 eggs, but only 4 were mature. I had a BFP from that cycle.

I thank everyone for there help. My e2 came back to support that there are at least 4 eggs and we made the choice to follow the Re advice and go for it. I can only hope they find a few more. Friday will be ER day

Good luck! When I was going through my cycle, my doc told me a story of a family with 8 kids now who never had more than 3 eggs at each cycle. The last cycle, she only had 1 egg and ended up with another set of twins!

Hey Ocean, just wanted to mention you ought to do ICSI on those 4 if you're not already (even if you're not male factor).

We are 100% unexplained and chose to do ICSI on our 7 and every single one fertilized.
