Actually, I said to them that I already know it is negative so if there is anything else that they need to tell me that they could call back...haven't heard from them.

    Hi all!

Monkey - Sorry you have to get that dreaded call...like you need an additonal reminder! Hugs to you!

Sbing - Thanks for the POAS lesson. I hope that I can be strong and wait it out, but I know that it will be ever so tempting! Way too early though!

Wish - Glad to hear that you are on your way towards ER...very exciting!

Tense - I had the opposite sleep problem when I was stimming. I couldn't stay awake for the life of me!

AFM - I was supposed to transfer today, but when I called this morning to find out about my embies, they changed me to a 5dt! I am very excited as all 11 embies are still hanging in there and 7 of them are doing "really well".

Progestrone shots are a pain in the a$$! Literally, why do those needles have to be so large? (Tense - Will you have to do PIO shots? Not to scare you, but I hope not for your sake!) Also, aside from the major belly bloat, I have this bruising around my belly button (inside and just around the rim). Has anyone experienced this or heard of this at all?

    Thanks for reading!
    Hope

Hi ladies, hope everyone is having a blessed day

AFM- I have been really sick since my transfer, no appetite, bloatty, gassy, and very miserable. Unable to sit up, unable to lay down. Had to call the on call Dr. last night, she stated this is part of the process. Feeling a little better today. Anybody else having these symptoms or had them during 2ww? Please respond if you can.

Y'all, I had a ROUGH afternoon. I was starting to feel a little better physically today (hence my brief dance) and thought I would go run a couple errands this afternoon. I wanted to go get some "fat pants" and tops for my big bloated belly because I have literally nothing to wear and I was going to run in the grocery store (where I a may or may not have been planning to purchase HPTs). Well, I swung into the Goodwill Store and was lucky to find a few workable items and checkout in about 25 minutes. Then I got back in my car to head to the grocery store and was thinking, yeah, I don't feel so good, so I'll just get a few essentials and then go home and lie down and then: MY CAR DIED!!! In the middle of a busy road! AND WOULD NOT START AGAIN!!! Can you say STRESSFUL? I immediately started calling AAA to come tow me 'cause I didn't know what else to do (of course the angry-at-the-world people were honking their horns at me like I could do something about my car not moving), but luckily a cop appeared within about 3 minutes (thank goodness!) and said he was going to push me off the road, which he did. Eventually the tow truck came and got me and delivered me back home, but in the course of events I had to first MANHANDLE my "power" steering and brakes that had no power while I coasted into a parking lot after the cop gave me a push. Where I ended up was in the middle of a blazing hot Georgia summer parking lot where I had to sit in my car making phone calls for the tow. To get out of the sun and try not to overheat, I then had to JOG across the busy road to the shade at a gas station. I had to CLIMB up in the big cab of the tow truck and got all jostled and BOUNCED around as the driver loaded my car on the flatbed and then the lap belt kept JOLTING my belly as we drove. I feel like I made the choices I needed to take care of myself the best I could, but it was so stressful and I just felt so vulnerable and afraid I was totally screwing up my chances for a BFP. Today is supposed to be implantation day!!! I'm supposed to be taking it easy!!!

Also, I had told the AAA operator that I would be waiting at the gas station across the street because I needed to get out of the heat due to "a medical condition" and when the driver asked me about it, I just blurted out "I'm pregnant" and I felt like such a lame fraud! It was just so awful! I know that nothing that happened is really likely to make or break this cycle, but it just felt so crazy out of control and scary and I knew no one could understand like you all. To top it all off, I left my new clothes in the car at the mechanic's. I'm laying low for the rest of the day and looking forward to DH coming home tonight to hold me and make it all better. I really need a hug.

thesearms: oohh poor baby, sorry to hear about your bad bad day.. here you go take it easy from now on.. just relax and let your DH to pamper you for the rest of the day - or night-.

wish: I may not be your ER twin , my nurse called me today after my u/s and b/w and told me that they want to keep me one more day on stims, so my ER may be on Friday or Saturday... bummer! I made plans around Thursday's ER... so now I need to change all that.. the good thing is that by Friday my RE will be back from vacations so she will be able to perform it

hope: great news on your 5day transfer.. wish you the best luck on ET day !

sbing - lesson learned, lady! But, don't think you are any different than many of us in testing so early. I'm going to really try not to, but in past natural cycles, I've been known to test even after AF started (like that made sense!) I hope looking at that test doesn't keep you down. You are still PUPO (I just learned that one).

wish - yeah for trigger tomorrow and ER on Thursday!

MichelleXOXO - for me, the first day after transfer was like three times as long as the days after. As I've settled into the 2ww, it is getting a bit easier to distract myself from the wait. Sorry I don't know about the patches - I'm taking oral estrogen.

hope78 - that is awesome your embies are doing so well. What are you thinking about number to transfer (or did I miss that discussion already)?

babyafrica - sorry you are feeling so lousy. I haven't been feeling well, but doesn't sound quite as bad as you not being unable to sit up or lay down. I was not prepared to be so physically uncomfortable at this point unless I got OHSS, but apparently it is pretty normal. I remember the nurse at my pre-op for ER telling me that bloating and ovarian spasms were normal for two weeks after, but I way underestimated what was considered normal bloating for this.

tyangel - thank you so much for the hug! Sorry you have to stim a bit longer, but I'm really glad you get to have your own RE for the ER. The clinic I go to works as a team and lets just say I like some of them more than others, so I know what a difference it makes to have the doc you want doing your procedure. Good luck!

thesearms- thank you. and please dont worry that you did anything today to affect the outcome of your cycle. i know its very hard. after my transfer on tuesday, we came out of the RE's office to find that our car was towed. i had to find out who towed it, call a cab, go to tow yard and wait over an hour to get car back, then sit in 5 o'clock LA traffic to get back to hotel which took about 2 hours. needless to say, i was livid. i did a ton of research and came to the conclusion that if its going to stick it will no matter what. so sorry you had to experience this today though.

these arms...oh my! what a horrendous ordeal to go through right as you are trying to keep yourself intact for implantation...well....lets keep thinking about that peanut in the peanut butter sandwich....maybe the jolting just pushed them further into the peanut butter!!

    hope...great news on the 5dt!

babyafrica...how many days into the 2ww are you now? I only felt bloaty and gassy for 2-3 days and then I was back to normal....but then again I was BFN....so I've heard that BFPs go along with continued bloatedness and OHSS...so maybe.....

BIG HUGE UGH!!!!!!!!! Oh man....I was just on Facebook and saw that my friends younger sister just announced her pregnancy. She's in her late 20's, she just got married last August, was pregnant by March and announced today. My goodness, that still REALLY stings...every time I hear of an OOPS or a younger girl that gets pregnant just like that. I did not need this just yet after my BFN
