I have a few questions for those who went on to cycle successfully after anywhere from 2-6 months (I know it varies by person and by RE) of Depo-Lupron. I am considering starting a course of Lupron next month to suppress my immune system/endo and just in general reset my lining/hormones, etc. I have heard many success stories of women who went on to cycle after they finished treatment but what I'd like to know is specifics.
For starters what protocol did your RE put you on after you were done with LD?
From what I'm told you receive each LD shot 4 weeks apart from the previous one. So another question is when you were ready to cycle did you just start stimming 4 weeks after the last LD shot? I was told by one friend she started 5 weeks after the last shot. Did some of you actually have to wait for AF to return (which I am told after LD can take anywhere from 8-10 weeks from last shot)? I am just trying to find all of this out before I make the decision to even take the first shot because I would like to have a time frame in my head that I'm working with.
