I cried and stressed and still got a BFP this cycle...Perhaps crying lets the stress out...who knows...

jam first of all, congratulations!!!!I have read your posts and understand wht you've been thorough!
my concern is particularly during transfer when they showed me the embryos I stated crying and they didn't give me any sedation so I started like shaking I was sooo nervous....I read later that if the uterus contracts during transfer there's a great chance it won't implant...so I worry that I worried.....it's hard...

child mentioned

I cried during my transfer because when I was lying on the table, legs in stirrups they told me they were going to cancel the transfer. I had OHSS and they saw too much fluid in my abdomen. I cried and cried. After some talking, they agreed to transfer one embie. She is now 15 months old!
I was a mess before during and after transfer. I wouldn't worry too much. Best of luck!

This is why I am a BIG proponent of catheters. I had to pee so bad during my first transfer, that I had to cut short my "lie down and relax" time afterward. That cycle was BFN.

Then the next cycle, I did the catheter, so I could relax without needing to pee, and it made a huge difference in how I felt. That cycle resulted in my son.

I didn't cry during transfer either time though.
