Does PIO need to be done at same time everyday?

I always do my PIO shots at the same time everyday. I am wondering if it is within an hour if that is fine. My husband had some where to go tonight.

when I worked as a nurse the guidlines were always plus or minus an hour so I have always used that as my guideline for my pio injections...you should be fine.

Peanut - My office told me it's OK to take PIO within plus or minus 2 hours. During the weekdays, I'm good about keeping a regular schedule. But on the weekends I definitely push the window a little. If you're within 1 hour, you should be totally OK.

I asked by RE about this and in general, it's good to take it +/- one hour of the same time each night, but it's also OK to have a day every once in a while when you are really far off on the timing, like I usually take it at 11PM but if DH has to go for overnight business trip then it's OK to do an afternoon shot.

That said, I had asked my RE about this after I was already 6w+. So that may not be such a great answer if you are in the 2ww.
