Thanks Wendy for taking over the calendar! I will know my dates on Nov. 27.

Hi Lil'Pixie!

My (boring) Update- Right now I am 7dpo and waiting for AF to show. My IUI this cycle was cancelled because I O'd too early and we missed it. The chances of conception with timed intercourse are slim since we've tried that for almost 2 years with no luck! I will POAS on Nov. 10th.

Hi Erin! I saw your post on another thread about your success with IVF, and I am hoping it works for you again! When do you start your stims?

Pamela

Hi Ladies...
Can't believe it's back to work again tomorrow...UGH!!

Welcome Erin, can't wait to hear how it goes for you.

Pamela- here's hoping that this time may be a miracle for you, then you wouldn't have to go through all of this around the holidays, that being said, glad to have the company.

Hi pixie...So sorry you were pushed back, but maybe December will be it for you. Donor cycle is starting out well. She is taking her BCP's and starts lupron on the 14th. I get a depot lupron on the 14th, and my first U/S isn't until the 28th. Hopefully all will go well!

wendy - thank you for the calendar! I have posted my bcp and lupron dates as those are the only dates I have as of now. Great that you have a good start on the DE cycle, let's hope she makes lots of good eggies !
pixie - having been benched due to cysts can be so maddening, but I too hope that this cycle will be it for you.
Hoping - Thank you for wishing me on the December thread. Good luck for POAS on the 10th. I hope you do get your miracle by this year, one way or the other.
Erin - welcome and good luck on your cycle.
As for me, I have started acupuncture sessions from today. I have never done it before, so was a little anxious (funny that I can still be freaked out by needles after so many IUIs, IVFs, etc.), but it was not that bad. Anything to shake the dust off my pre-historic ovaries, right ?

Hi Ladies,
Nothing new to report, another day of Metformin, BCp's and like 6 other pills daily...UGH...makes me feel like a leper or something!

At least I know it is all for a good cause!

Talk to you all soon...

I had my pretestings today. I did hysteroscopy, uterus mapping and trial transfer. I had lots of pain during the procedure and RE recommended that I have anesthesia during the embryo transfers. He is afraid that I will push the embryos out due to the pain. I have to shell out more money for the anesthesia. I have been on BCP for 2 weeks now and will continue them till Nov. 16, when I will start Luprons 2.5/daily. On Nov 26, I will start Gonal F 225 iU and Menapur 37.5 units and continue the luprons 2.5. My Egg retrieval is tenatively scheduled for Friday December 7.

Hi all,

slowmotion- I am so sorry about the pain. I have never had pain with a mock transfer, but the HSG that I did was probably the most painful thing I've done in my life. I had a bad reaction to the dye...ended up back in the ER the following day. I have never been in so much pain.

Hopefully anwsthesia will make it bearable for you.
