Transfer On Day1 Not 3

Hello ladies,
just wondering if anyone has done a transfer on day 1 before? I only had 1 embie fertilise out of 8 collected so they rushed me in on day 1 after collection to put it back inside me. To say the least, I was pretty devastated but I guess you`ve got to just go with it!!

Anyone have any luck or know anyone that got a BFP?

Charlotte,
I have not had that done but remember it only takes one!! The reason for culturing in the lab is to choose the best one when they have many. I think since you only had one, they probably felt like it was better off in its cozy environment than in the lab. Best of luck to you! Sticky Vibes!!

Sorry I didn't see this sooner. I've done a 1dt twice, but I did ZIFT, so I had zygotes transferred & they were put into my tubes. I was successful both times that I did it.

Thanks ladies for your replies!! Karen, how lucky were you-2 for 2!!
I guess I was pretty disappointed when I had to go in on day 1 after EPU because I had only 1 fertilize! Had never had a tranbsfer on day 1 before-usually day3.

I think I got a touch of OHSS funnily enough- my ovaries were so sore last week. Prog level 7 DPO was 300-

Today I am 10 days past the 1DT and have final beta on 11/6.

I did a 1d transfer, he's 6.

Hi Virga, that`s so great to hear!! Why did you do a 1DT? Was it for the same reason as me?(Only 1 fertilised ?) Or does your clinic just do that kind of thing?

We did it because my previous [great-looking] blast transfer failed.
