To avoid water toxicity, here is a formula for daily fluid requirement:
Your weight x 0.31 (for women) = ounces of fluid per day
This is for moderately active women. Athletes, such as runners, need more. Men should multiply by 0.35.

so, 124 (gained 12lbs since starting this whole thing) x .31 = 38.44 ounces a day? Am I doing that right? Seems a little light but then again I was the one asking in the first place so what do I know.

That's a very interesting article. Now it would be nice to find some substantial evidence regarding water concumption on either end. I know many of us have always heard 64 oz a day, but I don't know that I've ever seen any factual evidence to support that requirement.
Personally, I drink about a gallon of water or herbal tea a day. I was told to start replacing some of that with gatorade once I start stims. I guess it helps with reducing OHSS??

I always hate when there is one number for everyone - regardless of age, activity level, gender etc.
My DH and I did a health fair at the mall a few years back. He drinks tons more water than I do- but he also drinks sodas and coffee.
We had our hydration level checked and he was
poor at 68% and I was average at 71.5%
I still say -drink till it runs clear.D. In Dallas
