I was just wondering how many days after a 3dt did you get a pos. hpt and what kind of test did you use?
I'm 7dp 3dt today and I used a FRED and got a BFN!!!!!UGH, I'm just hoping that it is a little too early.

Hi Suz!
Remember it takes 7-10 days for HCG to leave your system. I think it is too early to test! Good Luck! Hugs!

I'm one of those people who rather test daily and get the BFN's than to fool myself into believing that I'm pg only to be crushed on beta day. With my 1st IVF (3 day transfer of 3- 8celled embies), I had negative HPT's on 7dp3dt and 8dp3dt. I started getting positives on 9dp3dt (12dpo). My beta 11dp3dt was 37. Unfortunately it was a chemical pg as the betas did't double. Wishing you a better outcome. Don't worry though - it's still too early to get a postive.

If FRER's give early false negatives, what sensitive tests do you guys use?

I used the $1 ones from the Dollar Store -- they are 25iu sensitive like the FREDs.

First Response..........according to their new adds
they are the most sensitive HPT and detect HCG FIVE days before a missed period I've never had one be wrong and I start testing nine days from trigger.
Since the test is HcG sensitive you need to give at least that long to make sure it's all out of your system.
IMHO
