Robin - When I finally have my baby, we're pretty sure we're naming her Samantha.

Ugh! I lost my post from waiting too long!
Ok, wow, I see two new posts, its so great to get to know more about everyone!!

Do any of you have journals/blogs? If so let me know the link so I can link to you - I started an IVF blog - it is actually so theraputic to write and keeps track of things. Here is mine:

http://SurvivingTTC.wordpress.com

too bad I can't have a siggy to stick it in. But if any of you have/are starting blogs, lets link up!!

Name: Jan
Age: Me, ...going on 32/ DH, 35
Location: TX
Furbaby: One adorable doggie (4 year old)
ttc: #1 for 1 year 4 months
DX: Unexplained
TX: 4 IUIs (2 unmedicated, then 2 clomid/femara). One m/c after 1st IUI
Favorite Music: Variety! (usually anything on the radio)
Favorite food: Dessert! (any! )
Favorite movie: love romantic comedies
Favorite TV show: Desperate Housewives
Favorite vacation spot: Anything with a beach on it.
Hobbies: recently, surfing online big time...
Your nickname: Jys
Job: Insurance Industry
Current Treatment: This just in - my date for bloodwork and potential start of lupron is now 10/10. So lupron and IVF from there.

OK, while I was posting this nurse called (which is why I lost my post from inactivity). My date to come in for bloodwork has been shifted to Oct 10th, because I tested positive on LH today (OPK). She said that patients are typically on lupron for 12-16 days for the IVF cycle so I guess longer than I thought. But overall if I start early, it doesn't really change my ER/ET date it seems. But we'll see ... and I should know more detail next tuesday!!

Ok chicas! So I think this is probably the best group for me right now, since I am just sitting here waiting for AF to show so I can start on BCPs again. My RE has me scheduled for my ER around the middle of November.... My poor DH had to go and give yet ANOTHER SA this morning. Poor guy, he's so sick of doing them.

Jys - I just checked out your blog. It is great! I really liked the classifications of pg women (from an IF point of view). I think you missed one category though - a pg family member. I had a pregnant aunt (her husband is my mom's brother - she is no blood relation to me). She got pregnant the same time as I did last September. While I lost my baby at 16 1/2 weeks in January , I had to hear stories about her progressing pregnancy & eventual delivery. Now, 3 months later, it turns out she got pregnant to try to prevent my uncle from divorcing her. He stayed with her until the baby was born & then filed divorce papers. She is now saying that my uncle can have full custody & she is just going to walk away after she gets the $ she is after. I have to listen to this story knowing that I lost the baby I so desperatly wanted & she doesn't even appreciate the baby she has. Agh! Sometimes pregnant family members, even when the are distant relations, can be the worst!
