Waiting on some good news

I just faxed my lab work on Friday to the RE's office so now we're just waiting for a call back to see what's next. If all goes well we'll do our first IVF cycle in Jan. Any suggestions in the meantime to help me get ready physically and mentally would greatly help.

Hopefully you get the results back quickly!!

Good luck! The time will go faster than you think! I must be remember incorrectly, because I thought you had already done an IVF? I must be thinking of someone else! Sorry! To get ready for your cycle, there is a great IVF Diet thread pinned on the "main page" of the IVF bb. It's really long, but there are some good tips in there & some ladies swear by it. Since you won't be doing your cycle for several months, that would give you some time to make sure that your diet is a healthy one!

Good luck!

Karen

Hey Child-
Glad to see you back on the bb. Missed ya! I started going back to Curves since it's only 30 minutes/3 times a week and I have been losing about 10 pounds a month. And it just makes me feel better. But I have read on the IVF diet board as well and taken some tips off of there! I hope this time passes fast for you. Give me a call sometime. Starting tomorrow I should be home during the days again since things are calming back down!

TY for the info Karen. I'll have to print it out and read it in between classes.
Army~I quit Curves. So not for me. I've been working out at home (well somewhat) anyhow, I started walking my crazy dogs or I should say they're walking me. Hopefully, I'll be in tip top shape. I see the nutritionist (sp?) tomorrow at 8am. Dh is gonna have to kick me outta bed.

Good luck with that appointment. Between changing the diet and walking the dogs (I know how much excersise that is) lol You should be in good shape.
As for Curves, I can completely understand it not being for some people. The one here is small, and the people are all really nice. Plus you can go in and not have to wait to work out there is always a opening. But on leave this month I went to the one my Mom goes to and let me tell you, If that is where I had to go full time I would DEFINITELY quit. The ladies were bit$#% and rude. I asked about a pair of the work out shorts for my Mom because I knew she would like them, plus we had them at our Curves the week we left. The lady said "Look in an Avon book". I don't selll that stuff. And it wasn't like she was nice when she said it. Grrr... Anyways I wish you luck. DM
