kind of gross topic (mucous)

Hi ladies, maybe someone out there can put my mind at ease. I am doing my first ivf cycle and have been stimming for 6 days. I had us and bw yesterday and there were 11 follies measuring from 11-below 10. This am I don't feel as bloated or uncomfortable as yesterday and had a lot of thin cervical mucous that you would usually find right before ovulation. Is this normal? Is it likely that I would ovulate before the trigger shot even while on lupron 5? I know I am probably reading into my body, but I don't want to lose any follies

. I do for bw and us tomorrow so I will definately find out then. Thanks for any input

Hi,

I had the same thing and my RE said its from your estrogen rising and at my next us/bw everything was still there. I hope this helps.

I was wondering about that myself. I am going through the same thing now. It's like I'm ovulating. I'm on day 8 of stims.

Hey cthopeful...totally normal. You'll probably have it build up again while taking the Estradial Valerate...or your Estrogen supplement. Pretty gross I know! Your labwork at each ultrasound appointment will monitor your hormone level. As long as you are on the Lupron, you should be fine.

Definitely normal, although not pleasant! But like Jen said, it's most likely going to happen more/again when you use Estrogen supplements! It's just from the extra hormones in your body!

Hi ladies, thank you for the words of encouragement. You guys are great!! I went for us and bw this am and there were 14 follies above 13mm the largest at 18.5!! So most likely trigger tomorrow and the ER on Sat!!! I am so excited. Trying to be positive at least up through ET. Good luck to all of you in your cycles.
