Merry Christmas everyone!
I just want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas or Happy Hanukkah! I know that this is an especially painful time of year but do your best to enjoy the holidays. Remember not to do things that you don't want to do or that make you feel even more sad, just to please others! It's not called being selfish, but rather protecting your already fragile self. This is a special time of year for you & your DH's too & you should enjoy it however you feel comfortable!
