Hi,
I'm new to IVF and injectibles, having just started lupron on Monday.
How many days do you gals generally stim? According to my calendar I begin stims on or about 6/16 - CD2 and go through CD7. I received my meds last week and I can't imagine taking all of the GonalF-75 35 amps and the 35 vials of Repronex in 6 days!!!! Is that possible?
Thanks for your help!
Kim

Hi Kim - It varies depending on how each individual responds. I've see some stim up to 13 days. Your meds may look like alot but you will probably be on more than 1 vial per injection. Check your dosage.
Our cycles are very close. I will be starting my stims on the 15th. You can come over and join the June Butterflys. Just look for this thread. We are all cycling during the month of june.
Best of luck.

Thank you all for your responses.
Miriam,
I start stims on 6/16 (hopefully). My last bcp is tomorrow, so hopefully af will be here shortly. I was originally scheduled to cycle later in June/early July, but because my FSH came back so high they decided to shorten up my suppression time.
I would like to join the butterflies as well, but don't want to barge in on the ongoing relationships that have developed throughout the month.
Let me know what you think....
Thank you!!

Kim,
Everyone stims differently, but I've seen ladies stim as fast 8 days & as long as 14 days. It just depends. It's not very common to be ready in just 8 days or less though.
I'm not in the cycle groups, but you in NO way would be barging in on anyone!!!
You're more than welcome to join!! I know they'd be MORE than happy to welcome you on board!!!
