Beta Tomorrow...... and a TMI question

Well here we are just hours away from my beta. I am not so nervous but I am very anxious to know. I feel like I am pg but its just a gut feeling I have and if it turns out we aren't dh and I will grieve a bit then move on to the next DE/IVF cycle my whole family thinks i am pg and Lord knows we want it to be true. So many emotions today so many ok if it comes back negative we will do this and this. The only postive(sp) out of if it is a negative is the end of my PIO harpoons, I cried w/ todays shot and am now starting to bruise!! what a lovely time. I do have a TMI question for ya'll ok here it goes does anyone else have a very strong smell ya know down south? not like a funky wash your butt smell but a smell none the less is it from my estrace or my PIO? sorry if that was gross but i am curious well i need to go for now will post my results tomorrow!-Amber

delurking to wish you luck tomorrow on your Beta... Gosh, where has the time gone? The 2ww can be so long, yet fly by so fast.

Yes to the "smell down south" .. but let me tell you that it was a good sign for me.. The PIO was the cause, but it only happened when I would get a + beta. I so hope that is the case for you. WOW..

Amber! I am SOOOOO glad you asked that TMI question!! I have been really perplexed, as the odor is nothing I can describe, but I definitely have it too, and thought maybe it was from the progesterone. I was going to call RE tomorrow to find out.

Many many prayers to you for tomorrow's beta...I'll be dying to hear your news! My beta is Wed 6/1...hopefully we'll both be preggo!

1st of all - good luck w/ your beta!!! I can't wait to see your BFP post tomorrow!!!

2nd of all - this may totally be an old wive's tell - but I've heard that your urine smells differently when you are pg. I started noticing an odor "down there" when I peed on the 3rd day after transfer & I still have it (I'm pg). I've been eating different things everyday - so I can't blame it on something I ate.

I don't know about your question. I never had any kind of odor during either of my 2 successful 2ww's. Everyone is different, so it's hard to say.

Well, this is an interesting thread. I don't beta for 2 more days and have pretty negative feelings about it. But I have wondered this myself the last several days. I actually thought about posting the question, then just figured it was the Progesterone or I was grasping at any sign. But - I have it somewhat, too. Not bad odor, just different. Urine seems darker too for whatever reason.
