Do you think this is strange?? (child ment)

I live on a very small street... My next-door neighbor, and the girl across the street and I have all been through many rounds of ivf, none of which have been successful. Both girls have recently adopted.

I just found out yesterday that the neighbor on the other side of me also had IF and had 3 unsuccessful rounds of ivf.

So that's 4 girls in their mid 30's, living practically on top of each other all with the same problem. Do you think this is a strange coincidence or is it something to investigate? As a side note, all fertility issues arose AFTER moving into the neighborhood.

I was just wondering if this was strange... Something to pursue?

Lisa

Is it a known & proven fact that all IF issues came up after moving into the neighborhood? Is it that they just started ttc & were found to have issues, or perhaps they'd been ttc & then after moving into the neighborhood saw an RE & were dx? I only ask this question because most of us don't have a clue that we'll have any IF issues until we've been ttc for a while & then go on to have tests done. It does seem odd that there would be so many, but unless there's proof that IF issues came up after moving into the neighborhood, I think it would be hard to prove that something fishy was going on.

My first thought is that it is sadly a big coincidence. With the large number of people suffering from IF, it's very possible that you all just happened to move in around one another.
