Beta results are in (pg ment)

Well the nurse just called and my beta is 410 and I'm 15 days past my retrieval. So it worked this time!!!! BFP!!!!! I don't think that's high enough for twins, right? My progesterone was 140 so she said no more of those shots!!!! Thank goodness. I have to go in a week from today for my second beta to see if it's doubling okay. I'm still cramping a great deal on my right side... but I'm just hoping and praying that next week's beta and a week 7 ultrasound will indicate that the little one is in my uterus and not in my fallopian tube.

Thank you for your well wishes. I feel kind of bad posting today because not everyone got good news

Thanks again for your support.. esp since I'm a newbie to the board
IVF#3 March '05=(beta 410)

Congratulations!

I was at 1942 15dp3dt and I have a single but you see so much variation in #'s that you really can't go by that. The great thing is that either way you are pg!!

I'm envious that you are able to stop the shots! I have to continue until I'm 12 weeks. It's a loooonnnnggg time!

Make sure that you're RE knows you're having the right side pain. I'm not an expert but I don't think you can have that high of a beta and it be an ectopic. I have 2 cysts in my L ovary and 1 in my R and the one on the R was hurting bad yesterday. You can see them on my u/s.

Anyway, I'm really happy for you! Everyone who goes through this hell should end up with a BFP!

LeighAnn

Great #'s! Gosh, there have been so many BFP's! I know you feel bad about those of our friends that got BFN's but I've learned that the ladies on this board are so wonderful that they celebrate everyones successes, even when their own cycles didn't work. And the good thing is that one day you will be congratulating them!

Enjoy being pregnant!

Great news!!! You're pregnant!!! You really can't go by numbers to guess how many are in there.

Congratulations!! Loads of doubling thoughts & wishes for you next week!! Don't forget to let us know how your repeat goes next week ok?!

BTW, it doesn't matter that you're a newbie. You're one of us & we're all in this together!!
