SKR update! (adoption ment) Transfer update

I see where you all have been checking up on me! THANK YOU SO MUCH! God has been sooo good to us this week! I am still in shock. After the ER on Thursday I had a call from my OB. He told us he had a baby that had just been born and the family wanted put her up for adoption. I was still doped up on anesthesia but we rushed there. Then the dad changed his mind so we left broken hearted. Then on Friday they called us back and to make a long story short....WE GOT HER! I stayed at the hospital with her Friday night and we all came home on Saturday. I haven't had time to post! We named her Jenna Rhea (Rhea was my angel baby Jessica's middle name). She is beautiful!

Then on Sunday we transfered 2 embies. They looked pretty good. Little if any fragmentation and it was an 8-cell and a 7-cell and they told us they were already trying to compact! So I am PUPO and a new mommy! My RE was so excited that he told me that we could do the beta in 10 days instead of 15. That will be the same day that Jenna will be officially ours (the family has 10 days to change their minds). PLEASE keep us in your prayers! I have to get through next Monday at 5:00 pm and then she is all ours! We are so happy! Shanna

I am so happy for you! So many wonderful things are happening for you and your family. You are PUPO and a mommy!!! Wow. That saying really has worked for you. Good things come to those who wait. I have had aloto f mixed feeling with adoption or trying again. Now, I think I am going to look into both. You never know what can happen, right?

Jo __________________ Me 30 DH 37 TTC 4.5 yrs 5 IUI's & a LAP in 04 (endo) ALL BFN IVF # 1 Aug 05 BFN (5 frozen) FET#1 Sept 06 BFN. LOW LAD elevated NK cells. IVIg, Prednisone & had LIT on Nov 1st. Last FET approx Nov 23/06 Then we are done and moving to adoption! Mademoiselle of all clarinet players & scrap booking who’s a wonderful mommy to 2 furdoggies and 1 furkitty whom will defeat IF from Toronto people.
