Stressed out Level 1
Smile 1st IVF & nervous

Hi all -
I am going though my 1st IVF treatment and am very nervous. Its all I can think about. I'm currently on stims and just want to get to the transfer.

The meds are making me cranky and sick...we just moved to CO, so I don't have a strong local support group. Looking for encouraging words.

Take care!!

Welcome!
You are in the right place!!!

This is a great place for support, cheering on, cheering up and lots of cyber hugs when you need them. I hung out here for my 1st IVF too, and now I am back for #2. You can join one of the cycle groups or just lurk - either way, it helps to read others input, experiences and questions.

How many more days of stims do you think you have?
Just keep thinking of your final goal - Here's to a BFP for you!

Let me just grab ya & give you a great, big cyber hug!! Welcome to the board & to FT!! This whole process can be so stressful & it really does consume your every thought, but you'll make it through, I promise!! We'll all be here to help you out, in any way possible!! If you've got happy news, we'll celebrate with you; if you're scared, we'll be here to hold your hand & lift you up; if you're mad & need to vent, we've got great ears!! My point is that you couldn't have found a better place to get support. We really understand what you're going through & what you're feeling!! I promise, whatever you're feeling, we've all felt it at some point if we're not feeling it right now too!!

Welcome aboard!!

Karen

Well Hello there Stressed out,

Big for ya!!! I too am doing my first IVF..I am currently on day 8 of stims...

I am in Canada and there aren't too many support groups here either. So I am with ya on that one.
But this board has helped me sooooo much.

Come on down to the feb group and you can chat with the ladies and post what is going on. It is like keeping a diary but you actually get support so it is very helpful.

If you need to chat any time give me a shout...........

P.S. I have been a bundle of hormones.........usually raging the past little while but these last two days I just feel bloated and swollen........

Take care

Iya

Welcome!! These ladies have been a HUGE part of my sanity throughout my journey. I also know what is like to be in a new place, we are 2,000 miles away from family/friends. You are not alone!! Best of luck!!

Welcome to the group.

At times I lurk more than post, but even reading the posts of others makes me feel better.

You can join the Feb Love Bugs group if you like. Many of us are stimming now too. I am on day 4.

Good Luck.

Welcome!! You have come to the right place. The support here is wonderful. Whether it's your first IVF or in my case my 4th. I don't know how I would get thru this without these awsome ladies.

Come join the love bug babies...

Welcome to this wonderful board Stressed !!!!!!
You have come to the right place to help ease that Stress you have...... We are all here for you !!!!!!!!!!!!

I know how you feel... every minute of every day, this is all we think about. The hormones do not help either.... they can definately make us highly sensitive to everything around us. I try to consciously remind myself.... I am not in control of my body right now, the hormones are, this cycle is .... I do the "count to 10" thing alot .... before I react, speak, move, etc .... I count to 10. I literally have to talk myself down sometimes... it sucks.

I am starting my 7th cycle.... and for some reason, I am reacting and feeling like it is my very 1st one. I can so relate to what you wrote.

again... post away !! we are here to listen and we have very big shoulders too !!!!! +++++++++ prayers to you !!
