question about online meds
Hey ladies, I am starting my FET cycle this month and was going to try to order my meds online this time. I bought meds from the pharmacy that the dr ofc suggested during my last cycle and I'm sure they are more expensive than most places. I know alot of you use ivfmeds.com or something like that. I have always been leary of buying meds on line but I'm sure that some sites are very legitimate so any info you gals have would be greatly appreciated! Need to get my meds ordered ASAP!
Thanks, Angie

Hi Angie,
I am so glad you asked about this, because I meant to tell you. I'm sure you got your meds from the pharmacy by the clinic right?? For this cycle, SIRM ordered all of my drugs for me from Freedomdrugs.com, anyway I am on probably 3 times as many drugs and it was much cheaper than the other pharmacy. I only had to pay $791 for everything for the entire cycle(after insurance). But at that pharmacy I paid $1500 (after insurance)and that was just for Cetrotide and 5 days of Gonal-F -450. This cycle I am on :Cetrotide for 2 weeks, Gonal-F 750, Repronex, E2V injections and suppositories and Dexamethasone!!!! They delivered it all to my front door. Anyway, I think it would be worth it to check it out and hopefully save you lots of $$$$$. Let me know if you have any more questions!! Take Care, Tammy

I use freedom drug too. I like them and they are very convenient. I don't know how much money they save you since I have never used anyone else.

I also used Freedom Drud each time I cycled. No problems what so ever, and I also checked the prices and they were actually cheaper then the others I seen. Hope this helps!!!

Thanks all! I will check into the places you guys use and hopefully find the cheapest (but good quality of course)meds I can! It looks like the Lupron will be the only real expensive one so we are fortunate for that.
Thanks for the info! Angie |

Angie,
I would call Village Pharmacy. We have used them for close to 8 yrs. and they are great. Their website is Village Pharmacy you want to call the Cooperate in Waltham. If you don't have insurance then call the 800 number in RI. they ship over night if needed and we found they were cheaper than other pharmacies. |

I used Schrafts Pharamacy, but also looked into Freedom Drug. Schrafts is a family run business and competative in prices, so I've always used them (some they are cheaper on, but some a couple dollars more).

Thanks so much for this post!
I was just thinking yesterday that I must ask the same question. Has anyone ever ordered from Canada?
