Ok so here is the deal. I have spent the last year trying to get pregnant. Every cycle we used Clomid or Femera and I just don't ovulate. Finally I got sent for an HSG my left tbe is blocked. I do have an almost 6 year old by my ex husband who was conceived with Clomid. After a year of test and trials I am being sento an RE for most likely an IUI. I got the o from the doctor to take diet pills for the month and half in beween visits. Well I have lost 9 lbs so far which is great but usually when I lose weight my cycle comes sooner. I have cycles anywhere from 28- 43 days. My last cycle was 32 days so I expected a shorter cycle this time well we are now on day 36 no breast tenderness which is typical for me but low abdominal pain pain scale of 2 for a few days. I dont know what to make of all this. I dont know if i should take a prego test or just wait. My RE appt is on the 16th of July. I want to take a prego test but am scared to be disappointed again. Any advice?
