That is what my FRER tests looked like. The faint line looks pink to me, which means it's not an evap line. Again, I'm no expert at HPT but it looks promising!

(I hope it's okay that I still post here since I already have a little one, but we are struggling with secondary infertility and I have learned so much from everyone here, and hope that every one of you will get to experience that too).

Okay, my last sentence wasn't worded very well. What I meant was that I hope each of you gets to experience motherhood, not secondary infertility. Sorry if anyone took it the wrong way.

IMPATIENT: gotta say, I thought about you this morning when I awoke to a crime scene...LOL..you may have not known or maybe it just wasn't thought of but someone should have told me that the baby aspirin would make my AF worse..or maybe it didn't...anywho, I woke up and I was assuming that becuase the baby asprin made my blood thinner, that would be the reason why I leaked through last night and it looked like I had killed someone in my bed...sorry sorry TMI...but I thought it was funny and then gross at the same time. The reason I thought of you was bcause you have a sense of humor and I could so see you asking me who the hell I killed last night...LOL....so needless to say, I didn't take the BA this morning and won't while AF is here...and heck I could be wrong, the BA may of had nothing to do with this at all but this is so not how AF acts when she is normally here to visit...

ANGILARA: I can def see a second faint line... for you and for a darker one soon that will give you your BFP !!!

STINE: I am a bit confused by your post...when using DS, you have to let the child know so they can contact the donor if they want to ??

FELICIA: I would def start looking for another clinic....that is outright BS and it's not something you should be dealing with on top of everything else.

AFM: Well by reading IMPATIENTS personal you can tell what kinda nite I had... but I am having a pretty good morning so far. Took me a Midol, drinking me a cup of coffee and looking forward to a great Tuesday.... Guess I should call the dr's office to report cycle day 1..gotta get my cd3 u/s scheduled and then my cd10 scheduled...

Happy Tuesday to you all !!!

Felicia - I think I would start looking for another clinic! You deserve the best! This process is stressful enough and you need the support of your RE team!

Stine - My husband and I moved from Michigan three years ago. Where abouts are you in the state?

Angilara - I def see a second line! Fingers crossed for you!

Baby12 - Try to take it easy today, sounds like you had a rough rough night!

AFM - I am trying to wait till tomorrow to POAS. I am 11DPO today and I really want to try it. I think though I am better off waiting till tomorrow.

    Hello all!

Ive been away for a few days and missed so much! so many posts since I was last here!!

AFM- 2ww, but I think I totally feel AF symptoms...kinda expected that. one more week until she should show up....havent really done anything different this cycle past the IUI, was out with the galz sat night for a stagettte and drank a lot of wine! I also excersised fri and sat- gave my class a good workout so I got one too...I have been very cautious my last 2 IUI's and got a BFN so I figured just continue on like normal for this one, what the heck.... Got a whole bunch of tea's and a chinese herb tincture from my naturopath to start taking so Im onto that approach going forward. Going to make an apt with the doctir at the clinic to see if I can get a bit more info on my CM problem as all my PH tests have been normal, and not too acidic as I was told....?????think Im just really frustrated with this whole TTC thing and it being so unsuccessful, its really getting me down and Im ready to just give up. Had to go visit a friend yest who just had a baby, and that didnt help. I know you all can relate

glad to hear there may be even more BFP to come, at least someone is having success!!!

    Pregnancy mentioned***

So I wanted to share what happened today at the clinic. I was a mess even before we went there, scared that my uterus would be empty! My wife was with me. It was a male dr who I never met before. He did the ultrasound and saw two sacs- or it could be that one if them is not a sac but something else (what would that be??) I only had one follicle, so my wife and I were shaking our heads at the possibility of twins. If my first unmedicated IUI results in twins, that's just too much. My hcg is way too low for a twin pregnancy. At 30dpiui it is 1831, which means it has doubled normally the past four days, but it is still a tenth of the average hcg for day 30... My progesterone went up again to 12.7.

Thank you by the way Jill and others who mentioned successful pregnancies, it really helps to give us hope. Especially since the clinic always makes us scared about misscarriage. During the ultrasound the question of low progesterone and Pio shots/ supps came up. I wasn't even snotty but explained we needed more info and felt a bit uninformed. While he had the thing in me the dr started to defend himself, "he has done this for 25 years" etc. Then I lost it and started to cry. I couldn't even look at him si my wife had to do the talking. He got concerned and talked to us after, said that PIO's are no good and progesterone meds don't prevent misscarriage. More talk about how this might not be a viable pregnancy. There's alwaya more talk about that then the possibility of it being a healthy pregnancy, which makesbus hate going there! He also xame back to the argument that it might be that the body tries to terminate a fetus with chromosonal defects... Why mention that abd not focus on trying to keep it??

Still, he said the chance of an ectopic pregnancy is minimal at this point. So if this doesn't work, we hopefully can just start again...

Using my phone to write this. I'll be back with personals. I don't want to quit the group, but I do realize that if this is a viable pregnancy my questions might be better suited for another forum. You are all so nice though! I hope everyone is having a great day and good and sticky vibes to all!

One question if someone is inclined to answer: when can you detect a fetal heartbeat? I read somewhere that the hcg must be more than 6000. Since this is a late inplanter I'm so unsure

felicia- id def change clinics if you cant talk to the doc and you dont like the nurse. i actually mentioned to my clinic that the front desk lady was unpleasant. i havent actually seen her since. who knows if she still works there and ive missed her, or other people complained etc. i think it sucks when docs get all defensive like that. he may have done it for 25yrs but this is your first time. lots of docs have a huge chip on their shoulders (i know a guy i work with who i think does a pretty poor job at his job is uber defensive about everything), *hugs* i hope you find a place that treats you better

    IshaSerene & mountainme – Welcome!!

Stine – I watched a few youtube videos, as a bit of time passed from when I got my instructions and when we actually started the injections. DH does mine, so I told him what to do based on what I saw. He was a great injector.

    Possible Preg Ment
Lara – That looks pretty positive to me.

AFM – I can’t believe we are already at 3 pages, and the thread just started Sunday – woo hoo, lots of activity. I had yesterday off (DH went into work), so I met my sister for the Descendants. We liked it. It’s heavy, but good. I’ve seen the Help also, but that’s it. I’m hoping to get see one or two more that are up for Best Picture before Sunday. We actually went up to Hollywood on Sunday (embarassed to say, but Frewty you can relate I think) to try and do the TMZ tour. It was sold out all day Sun & Mon! We ended up doing an alternate “star homes” tour. It was fun. They have already started to set up for the Oscars. It was cool to see Kodak Theatre now, so we can picture it better when watching the show on Sunday.
