Question AF?? Cycle Day 21, 9 & 10 day PIUI

Has anyone got AF as early as cycle day 21? I have a consistent 28 day cycle. This is my first IUI in a very long time. I started my injectable (bravelle) on cycle day 4 and continued thru cycle day 8, HCG cd 10, IUI cd 11 & 12. Today is cycle day 21, 9 and 10 day PIUI. Cramps and a little more than brown spotting, hpt says BFN 8 days PIUI. Also, wanted to know if any of you have any experience with this, on cd8 had u/s 1 large follie 20, but 5 smaller 12's and 14's, RE stopped meds this day ( only 5 days on injectables) and instructed HCG cd10. My question is this, have any of you had 1 large follie that the re let go to let the smaller ones that I had more of grow. I kind of feel this cycle was rushed and that I could have stayed on the injectables a little longer. I am not new to infertility as I will list below, it's just been sooo long. I am now 37.

Any replies as to what CD your IUI took place and how many days you where on meds would be of great help.

    Lynne,
Could this be implantation bleeding ? You said you tested 8 days post iui and it was neg. If your implantation is happening only now (the time seems right), you would not have had a positive test earlier. Hang in there. Hope the spotting will go away and you can be a little more sure.

    Speed.

It could be implantation bleeding...I started spotting on 5dpiui and then bled on 7dpiui until 10dpiui... I had a bfn. I was told it COULD be due to extra follies releasing that didn't ovulate- since hcg makes you ovulate 75 percent of them (what i was told anyways)...which is good so you won't have any cysts... Let me know how it goes.

Hope the spotting stopped and it was a little one burrowing in for a nice long stay.

Stay positive and keep us posted.
