Beta "very low"

I took a beta yesterday at 13dpiui, and the results - "nagative". When I asked for specifics, I was told "very low". Then, I asked if I should continue on prog supp, and told "No, I have not numbers go up from where you are - you are safe to stop them (with a bit of hesitation)".........

I can't seem to get the number, soooooooo any thoughts?

Triggered, no AF.

Hey Kris, sorry your having a rough month! I would just tell your re or nurse that you would like the exact #, please! Do they mena very low like a chem pg? If you feel more comfortable taking the prog, ask your re and explain your reasons, I wish you the best of luck!

It sounds like your beta was less than 5. My RE's office says that anything over 5 is positive. I would call back and get the exact number because if it is around 10 you could have had a chemical pregnancy. I doubt the outcome would change but at least you would know if the egg fertilized. I'm sorry about the negative result.

Kris, you should be able to get a definite answer. ARgh, I hate when they are like that.
