IUIs scheduled, results from today's appt..

We will be having our IUIs done tomorrow (Thursday) and Friday, with my beta scheduled for March 11. Below are the results from today's ultrasound:

Lining: 13mm (this is the thickest my lining has ever been!!)
Right: 15, 11, 11, 11, 10, 10
Left: 21, 21, 20, 20, 16, 12, 11, 10, 10
E2 from yesterday: 1,013

So, I will be doing the trigger shot tonight with the IUIs tomorrow and Friday, then back into the dreaded 2ww. The nurse told me I have 3 mature follies, with 1 close behind, and with my lining being so nice and thick this cycle is looking really good. So, hopefully this one is it, otherwise it is onto IVF. Do I have any cycle buddies????

Well, with only clomid helping me out, I have 1, maybe 2 follies ready to go. But I guess one is all you need, right? My lining is 9 and I understand that's pretty good.

Quick question - when do you give yourself the trigger shot? They said tonight, but should it be 6pm? 10pm? Does it matter?

Nan, definitely call your re and ask what time to give yourself the shot. With my IUI they were very specific that it had to be 36 hours before the IUI. I only had one IUI, not back to back. So, maybe you have more of a window since you're having 2 IUIs. Anyway, I had to get up at 1 am, to take mine. Good luck!!

Hi there! I'm brand new to this board but I think I fit right in! I had an untrasound yesterday with my RE and I'll be doing my first IUI on Friday!!! I'm going back this morning to get a trigger shot, and my lining is at 9.5. I have one follie that my RE said is "gorgeous" LOL. I'm not taking clomid but I will be on progesterone as my level is at 4.6. Any info and or support would be fantastic if I can join in???

Hi all!
Well I have a quick question. I am on the follistim pen. I am probably going to do the IUI on May 2nd..depending on the growth of everything. I went to the dr. yesterday on CD8 (after 4 nights of injections- 150 2 nights and 100 the other 2) and I had 4 follies on the right at 11-13 and 6 on the left at 11-13. Then they told me to do 100 for the next 2 nights and I go back tom. for another u/s. What do you think? Just some background...I have endo. and husband has 7 percent morph. and low average on the other 2 areas. So dr. said he is hoping for about 4 good follies, but I wouldn't mind 5 or maybe 6- I know that increases my chances of mult., but we have been going through this for sooo long...and we do not have the money to do multiple IUIs and THEN do IVF with ICSI! What do you think? How am I progressing so far? I wonder how many of them will end up being mature???

My RE would have called that 5 mature follies and that 15 will definitely catch up.

That is really what I am hoping for 5-6 really good ones...not too many to make them cancel my cycle though...I have heard about that- over stimulation I guess- but I think that with my situation I need more as I don't have much of a good chance it seems...so I guess we will see what they say tom. It is tempting not to give yourself more of the inj. ha ha.??? That is crazy, I know...I am praying for tom. Congrats on your little one. That is awesome. That is what everyone says...after you stop trying it will happen- I think that happens in some cases...but not all though... You were lucky to get a little miracle. Are you going to try for anymore?
