Hi Kris,
Was wondering if you could put me in as CD1 as of this morning. I'll be calling in for my next script of meds tomorrow and starting them Wed. (although I may tweak it so I start it on Thursday instead, hoping to prevent O'ing on a weekend...long story). Anyway, thanks!!!! Hope you're feeling well!!
