We paid $700 for the IUI and $250 for the sperm wash. My insurance didn't cover any of it.

I'm in Canada...so my numbers will be much different than my friends in the US!

My RE charged $400 for IUI. All u/s and b/w are covered by the province. All of my injections and meds were covered through work. I think my plan might also cover my IUI but I have to check on that (I have a really good plan!)

There is talk about the province funding 3 cycles of IVF for women under 42...hope that comes through! (though not sure where the money will come from...)

Our First IUI cost us 1100 with meds., U/S and IUI/Wash.

Our Second IUI cost us 850 with meds., U/S and IUI/Wash.

So far on our third we spent 1090 for meds, we have done 3 U/S that we haven't been billed for yet and the IUI should be later this week.

$400 for the IUI?... mine is only $200. We are are in Southwestern Ontario. I have my for the funded IVF. Although, for those who don't have insurance for meds, it is still quite expensive.
