I am pretty sure we have one person who has adopted from there, but of course my memory isn't as good as it used to be. I think she adopted a girl and a boy..... augh this is going to drive me nuts. The agency I work for just started a Bulgarian program. You can pm me if you have any questions. For me personally, we have a family in the process of starting the first dossier. The children are 18 months or older at time of placement..and I believe once the dossier is in Bulgaria it can take up to a year or year and a half for a referral.
