Susanne, I thought you meant "camping" camping! You know, tents, bonfires, s'mores, sleeping bags, mosquitos, etc.
I am thinking of doing a camp for Morgan next summer. I think he gets bored at daycare all the time - they have a lot of activities for them, but on the days they don't I think he could use a change of scenery.Darci

Both our kids will go to day camp for 2 weeks later this month. One of the camps is through the local nature center and they get to learn all about animals, interact with them, do crafts, etc. The other is highly recommended and through the rec dept.
I hadn't been able to allow Marielle to go to camp while on treatment, so we've all been looking forward to this for a while now.Marie L, Mama to Marielle, 9 and Rico, 8

Alondra is just finishing up 3 weeks of Musical theater camp, the big show is today. It is going to be so cute. Then for the next 6 weeks she is going to be at camp at my school, I would run if I were working. It is rotating themes. Next week is Art camp, then Pirate, Then sand, dirt and water, then Casles, Dragons and Fairy's, and then one I am forgetting.

I'm half free this week....Keegan is at a week long sleepaway camp. I just hope he's having fun! He's doing things like archery, canoeing, robotics, digital photography and rock climbing at his camp. Caeley goes to daycamp...she swims everyday, goes on field trips. Yesterday she went to the fire station..
Last weekend we were at Latin American Heritage Camp in Colorado. That is always a blast. Caeley like the dancing best, and Keegan canoeing and "free" time with his friends.
And yes, we camp (sleep in tents too).Susan, mommy to Keegan (15) and Caeley Aura (10)

Joey is doing daycamp at the YMCA. He just finished a two week session. He had swimming lessons, arts and crafts, preforming arts, archery, etc. He is now in summer school for four weeks and then back to daycamp at the YMCA for three weeks. Then it will be time to go back to school!
