I was asked that because Tina is from Haiti lol. This person said that she has heard of Haitians practicing Voo Doo in Florida. I would of loved to have fun with her, but my DH was there, so I was good. I just said we don't practice anything, I believe in letting my children find their own pathway to God if that is what they want. Now, that is the funniest question I have been asked of late. Pity DH was around lol.

I wonder sometimes if people go home and are embarrassed by the things that come out of their mouths. That is one I have ever heard before....

Oh man, it would have been so hard for me to bite my tongue on that one! I probably would have said, "Wait a minute, let me make a doll of you and stick it's foot in it's mouth. Oh, I don't have to, you already did".

What a doofus! That's as bad as people asking me which language, our daughters spoke, English or Spanish when they first came home. Duh.....3 to 5 month olds don't speak at all to the best of my knowledge.

Ashley, you are one patient woman. I would answered in a not so nice way. Voo doo indeed. The gall of some people. Why can't they just not speak. Silence is golden after all.
