4 years ago today we stepped off the Plane at San Francisco International Airport with our new daughter. By the time we got to the car we realized we didn't know how to secure her in her carseat and had to call a friendWe actually did know but were worried about doing it wrong. We called all our family on the 1 hour drive home and Uncle C was over within 30 minutes of us getting home to meet his new Niece.
She has been such a blessing and is such a wonderful big sister, well most of the time LOL. I wish time would slow down just a little though, she is growing up so quickly.
Here are pictures from our "celebration" dinner last night, Tim has a meeting tonight so we celebrated a day early. In our family the child gets to pick the restaurant and this is the first year she hasn't picked Japanese food... we went to Hobee's (a local healthy food type restaurant). Then we went to B&N and each of the kids got to pick out a book, Alondra picked Barbie Pegasus stage 2 reader and Mateo got a Bob the Builder book.
The first picture is Alondra and Daddy being goofy and the second is me and my little man, Mateo
