The Joint Council on Inter Country Adoption (JCICS) is having their yearly conference, and they are looking for artwork to display by adopted children.

Here is some of the information:

What: An Exhibition of Children's Art which will celebrate JCICS' 30th year of advocating for orphaned children around the world and promoting ethical practices in intercountry adoption. JCICS would like to invite you to have your child's artwork featured at our 30th Anniversary Gala on April 29, 2006 in Washington, DC! Be creative, using paint, pencil, crayon or marker and your imagination to illustrate: "How Adoption Creates a Better World for Children"!

Who: Children ages 13 and younger who have been touched by International Adoption

Theme: "Creating a Better World For Children"

Awards: Three pieces of artwork will be selected for special prizes!

Deadline: Submissions must be postmarked by Friday, April 14, 2006
