    China referrals to May 25

The CCAA website makes it official this morning.

Referrals are going through May 25 LID's.

Congrats to those who made the cutoff!

But sighhhhhhhhhhhhhh..........for me and all those who wait...they only made it through 12 days of LID's.

I am on a major downer this morning. Is this ever going to end???????

This must why there's a ladybug crawling on my livingroom ceiling despite the fact that it is freezing outside with 6 inches on newly fallen snow.

I was so hoping that they would make it into June !! Goodness, there has been such a slow down I'm sure the CCAA office move won't help things either.

Those of you that are close, keep your chins up!

I too was disappointed that they didn't get further along. Your time will come very soon. Hang in there it WILL come to an end! 's to all!

We just barely made the cut off. It has been a stressful week of waiting on the bubble.

    Congrats Irishcrememe.

Hugs to everyone else. At least they are moving again. Trying to see the glass half full.

Surely they are going to do more this month. If they are going to have a 10-12 months wait as they advertise they will have to put out more referrals this month. Right or am I just being naive?

Does anyone know the real deal about the CCAA move? I have heard rumours about it for several months now. I know they are starting to take on national adoptions too so an increase in space makes sense but I thought they already moved last year. Anyone know for sure? I can't find anythiing on the website.

I guess all we can do is wait and see.

Ladies on our WC program, just got their TA's and they have been waiting 68-100 days. The ones waiting 100 days were just about to die, when they got them on
Friday. They are suppose to be moving in May, but it is just a 'suppose to be'. Who knows? I am new to China adoption, but there is a definite slowdown for Special Needs adoptions, they use to have a fast turn around.

Irishcreme...congrats....I am sure it has been a torturous few months for you! Cant wait to see your good news in the next couple days! How exciting!

I think we can hope to see some more (hopefuly a BIG batch, numbers of babies AND dates) referrals in March. Hopefully then they will at least get a start on June...I am just feeling like this whole thing is an illusion in the distance that is never going to happen... And I know that is not really true, it's just how it feels for me today! Ugh!

I've decided that the universe is just giving me lots of extra time to prepare for this new little one! Not incredibly happy with that fact, but trying to hang in there.

All you waiters, close and far, hang in there with me!

We'll get there (really, we will...)

Fantastic news! Irishcreme, congrats! It seems like such a crawl forward but I guess that any forward motion is better than nothing. My prayers are with everyone, waiting and matched.
