About LinkBacksQuick question... I've been reading alot about deep vein thrombosis and wonder if you guys would recommend compression socks for our flight NEXT WEEK () to Ethiopia. Anyone used them? Anyone in the medical field and can give me a tech opinion? I really could use your advice, so I thank you truckloads in advance!

I don't have any personal experience and I'm not in the medical field, but I do know that my father-in-law wears compression socks when he flied from Germany to the US for his thrombosis. I don't think they eliminate any pain he might have, but it apparently lessens it.
