He just didn't want to wear pants - Just his favorite navy blue socks and his new shirt and jacket.
Of course he always stops to have his pic snapped.... Look at those little legs - they used to be even skinnier!! Just had to share - he is a goofy little man!!! We are so in love with him!!! Teri
