More Urgent Help from Russian Adoptive Families Needed!

I'm copying a letter I've just recieved from our agency director below. Please consider sending a quick letter to the following people. I'm sending to the first two. I don't quite know how to write a letter to the third because we aren't in the middle of our adoption yet and that's what that letter will pertain to - the release of the kids off the databank. Please help if you can! These letters can be emailed direct to the Frank Agency's Moscow office. You don't need to be a "Frank" family to participate! Please help if you can!

Dear KidsFirst Families,

We need your URGENT support. Nina will have meetings with top officials
in Moscow on Monday and would like to be armed with letters of support
from individual families. Many families have already written letters to
Minister Fursenko and Minister Lavrov; but now we need another letter to
Mr. Ustinov, Prosecutor General. These are two letters addressed to the
following:



1. Minister Andrei Aleksandrovich Fursenko - Minister of
Education and Science

Minister Sergei Borishovich Lavrov - Minister of Foreign Affairs



** This letter should be very emotional - pleading for compassion for
the children who deserve families and for the parents who long to give
them the love they deserve.



2. Mr. Ustinov - Prosecutor General for the Russian Federation:




** This letter should be business like in demeanor and assertive.
Families are asking for the Prosecutor General to intervene as the
understand that the current action of the Ministry of Education and
Science is in direct violation of Russian law. The law states that
"release letter should be given after a 10 business day period".
Families need to explain that they have already been awaiting answers
for more than *** weeks.



Please email this letter (with signatures) directly to our Moscow office

Ugh - they want signatures on them - not sure how to go about doing that. Will post when I find out or if someone here knows - I'm a little slow with this technology stuff!
Edited to add: I checked withour agency this morning and they said just type your name and send the letters to the email addresses indicated. Hopefully Frank is a big enough agency to have some pull......
