Nat- I have felt pressure as well. I'm currently 2 1/2 weeks post cerclage. I still get a little bit of pressure every now and then. I'm praying everything is okay for you and your beans. I would think that you would feel more pressure because of more weight with twins. Please let us know how the dr's appt went.![]()

I would have days of feeling pressure and then after a day or two it would go away and reappear the following week, no rhyme or reason, but it never affected the cervical length. That said, I would also always call, write or go running to my doctor: nothing like that kind of reassurance. Never be afraid to ask for it.

I called the doctor and after getting all my concerns he thinks is just the pressure or my body adjusting to it. I'm going in on friday for an ultrasound. If anything changes I should go in earlier. My baby's head is right on it, baby A does not move from that position while Baby B roams the rest of the house in there. Trying you got the feeling correct about the tampon that's how it feels, that and some minor burning. It comes and goes but is concerning. Will let you know all about my appointment on Friday. I'm just concerned about the cerclage holding. This and bed rest are my safety nets.

Nat - I felt the burning too, but we could never locate a source... even with manual examination. IMO, it was just my body adjusting to the cerclage.
I was even tested for a UTI, but it came back negative...

Nat- I'm glad your dr was able to ease some of your concerns. I think it is most difficult to trust our body when it seems to have been fighting us the whole way. It looks like others, including myself, are able to relate to similar symptoms you're having now. The first week after I had the cerclage done was particularly trying. I woke up 2 1/2 days after the procedure to a drenched pad thinking my water broke, thankfully it didn't, but no one can really give me a good explanation as to why there was so much fluid if my water didn't break. I hope that your appt goes well tomorrow. I have my weekly appt tomorrow with my peri too; I'm praying that we both get good news.

Ladies, I'm so upset, I can't stop crying, My cervical lenght is back to .95 or less than 1cm. I'm funnel all the way to the knot. I don't know what else to do. I been home on bed rest and only get up to go to the bathroom and get my food. I'm on a reclined position in bed in order to type. I don't know what else to do. Today all I was told was to stay in bedrest. I don't understand, it took me many years to get pregnant and now this. All I want to know is why?
