How do you know when to get tested? How to convince RE? (chemical pregnancy mentioned

I've had a documented chemical pregnancy early in Jan and during my 2 ww that just ended with a BFN I had lots of nausea. I can't help shake the feeling that I may have an immune issue and I have lost 2 early stage pregnancies. I asked RE about it and she was emphatic that I just had DOR.

Any advice? Do immune issues only exist if you miscarry later in the pregnancy?

I do have hypothyroid/ Hashimoto disease and asked RE about it and was told that is only an issue if I'm not taking Synthroid.

It seems that immune issues are for early losses. At least in my experience they are. Ive got loads of immune issues and ive had 4 early losses. Based on my history, 1 ectopic, 3 early losses my REs first thought was immune issues... and he was correct on that. My mother also has Celiac disease and he said that an autoimmune disease which also lead him to believe it was immune issues for me. They definitely need to weigh all the evidence. But really there is no harm in doing the testing, it bothers me that some Drs have a problem with it.
