Can Lovenox interfere with Implantation m/c ment

My husband and I underwent IVF in August and got pregnant. Unfortunately we lost the baby. We got pregnant again with twins in October with a frozen embryo transfer and again this ended in m/c. We are going to go ahead with another frozen embryo transfer (hopefully first week of December) but this is the first time we will be using lovenox. My dr found that I have anticardiolipin antibodies so he will have me on lovenox and a baby aspirin. My concern is that this will be the first time taking these meds and he says we will start them the day of transfer. Does anyone know if this can interfere with implantation?

I am so sorry for your losses.

I also tested + for anticardiolipin antibodies. My RE has me start low dose aspirin at the start of my cycle and I then start Lovenox on the day of my transfer. I don't think we would be put on it if it interfers with implantation. From what I gather it can only help. I know there are a lot of ladies here who have been on Lovenox and conceived. Hope they chime in!
