PAI and MTHFR! Please Help!!

Hello, I have recently been diagnosed with having MTHFR Homozygous C677t mutation and PAI hetero. I have had two miscarriages both from IVF and I was on baby aspirin during both and Folgard for my second pregnancy. I did a couple of RPL tests after my first loss and they found the MTHFR and went to a hematologist after my second one b/c re said no other tests were necessary. The Hematologist did a complete work up and we found the PAI. I am kind of bitter with my re

Anyway, I am wondering if there is anyone else who has this combination and what treatment you are doing. I want to make sure I am on the right path.

Oh yeah, any information on the PAI will be greatly appreaciated as well!

Hi- i have pai-1. my hemotologist treats me with lovenox. as the mthfr requires folgard, the addition of lovenox would be very helpful.
my doc explained that pai-1 is one of the milder genetic clotting diseases.
