Which clinics do Intralipids in Chicago? Ally, could you help?

M/C and Children ment.

Can anyone tell me who does intralipids in Chicagoland? I'm 37 y/o and am currently experiencing my 1st m/c (of triplets). I have had all successful live births and healthy children up until now, but I think I acquired a sudden immue-problem (chronic hives) immediately following an emergency surgery for an ectopic in 2007, and I have had it ever since. For my successful twin pregnancy in 2007/08, I was treated with IVIG with Dr. Kwak-Kim up until 25 weeks gestation. We had to stop seeing her and receiving treatment because we just couldn't afford it anymore. Had BC/BS PPO Illinois at the time and we had battled and battled to get them to pay for it. We never won. We paid $30,000 out of pocket and were financially drained. I did end up delivering big healthy twin boys at 39 weeks. As mentioned, I'm currently experiencing a triplet pregnancy loss (with 2 heart beats and the third sac had a yolk) after IVF. A chromosomal abnormality may explain the loss of one of two of these babies, but it's so disturbing and suspicious that I'm miscarrying all three. I'm thinking my acquired immune system problem may be partly to blame. I had an immune system workup done in 2007, and it showed elevated NKs, borderline APA positive, positive for PAI-1 Heterozygous, positive for Factor x111 Heterozygous, and positive for Heterozygous Positive (1 copy) for MTHRFR C677T Mutation. For my last successful pregnancy, I was treated with IVIG, prednisone, baby aspirin, lovenox, extra folic acid (metynx), progesterone supplements, etc. This IVF cycle, I wasn't seeing an RI and didn't treat the immune issue whatsoever. Is that why I've m/c'ed? This time I was only on baby aspirin, PIO, prenatal, and estradiol. My RE d/c'ed the baby aspirin at 5.5 weeks after seeing a small subchrionic bleed.

We simply CAN NOT afford IVIG next time. So, I'm wondering who in Chicagoland treats elevated NKs with Intraplipids and who will work in conjuntion with my RE (FCI)? I'm devastated with this loss and wondering what other testing, treatments we need to have another success in trying to conceive our last baby (last addition to our family). Thanks for your help.
